Job Description
- Performs the functions of a Customer Service Agent to include initiating and following up with clients to sell or resolve problems, answer questions and correspondence, and complete reports.
- Monitor specific list of accounts to ensure customers have available funds
- Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products, perform account rounding and solicit new business within the market area.
- Monitor product account balances to ensure balances remain above set limits
- Process customer payments for recharge
- Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
- Conduct physical inventory checks daily on phone cards and record
- Provide walk-in customers with top-up sales
- Provides advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed.
- Provides administrative assistance and support.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Computer literate and MS-Office skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Team spirit
- High school degree
