Job Description

  • Performs the functions of a Customer Service Agent to include initiating and following up with clients to sell or resolve problems, answer questions and correspondence, and complete reports.
  • Monitor specific list of accounts to ensure customers have available funds
  • Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products, perform account rounding and solicit new business within the market area.
  • Monitor product account balances to ensure balances remain above set limits
  • Process customer payments for recharge
  • Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
  • Conduct physical inventory checks daily on phone cards and record
  • Provide walk-in customers with top-up sales
  • Provides advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed.
  • Provides administrative assistance and support.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate and MS-Office skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivated
  • Team spirit
  • High school degree
