Job Title: General Administrator

Scope of activity within the company:

  • Coordination of meetings with Banks, auditors and other professionals
  • Preparing of documents for account opening with banks and brokers
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Preparing of payment orders for banks and brokers
  • Supporting the board of directors
  • Cooperation in projects
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointment
  • Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good MS-Office skills
