Job Description

Job Summary:

To contribute to setting and achieving the company’s objectives by coordinating execution of the facilities department related activities Islands.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Execution of Fleet Management
  • Coordinate the Execution of Cleaning Contracts related to Facilities Department
  • Coordinate the Execution of Landscaping Contracts
  • Maintains Par Levels of all Cleaning related Supplies, Office Related Supplies and Coordinates the Execution of Distribution inside the company
  • Maintains Petty Cash for Facilities Department
  • Execute all PTP activities for Facilities Department
  • Responsibilities are not limited to the above and perform any other reasonable duty requested by the Facility manager.
  • Track inputted items for purchase to ensure timely turn around for PO’s and payment to vendors.
  • Follow up with Maintenance team to track project completions and follow up with invoice receipts.
  • Track received work orders and ensure they are completed by the maintenance team.

 Qualifications:

  • 3 years in related experience
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related study
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office
