Job Title: Players Club Representative

Reports to: Players Club Supervisor

Baha Mar Casino’s Player’s Club Representative will work together with the Casino Team in attracting, developing and maintaining relationships with players to deliver the best gaming experience under the sun.

 What you will also have already accomplished:

  • High School Diploma; College Degree in Marketing; Hospitality/Tourism or related field preferred
  • 3 years + of Casino experience preferred

Description of Responsibilities

Baha Mar Casino’s Players Club Representative will be responsible for enrolling new gaming customers into Club Blu assuring the highest standards of data entry. The ideal candidate excels in customer service providing a cheerful and engaging disposition and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Enroll customers into Club Blu, process replacement cards and maintain the database by updating guest records and flagging duplicate accounts to insure accuracy.
  • Effectively explain Club Blu benefits and complimentary structure.
  • Evaluates customer gaming value and issues complimentary amenities based upon Baha Mar's policies and procedures.
  • Assists in coordination and execution of gaming promotions and special events.
  • Assists in the maintenance, distribution and inventory control of Club Blu merchandise.
  • Clearly communicate events, programs and services to all guests.
  • Anticipate, respond to and consistently meet or exceed the needs of players
  • Support and cultivate new ideas and methods for providing services to players
  • Respond to player complaints quickly and resolve casino service issues pertaining to casino services
  • Fully comply with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conduct self with highest levels of integrity and honesty
  • Uphold company’s key values and brand standards to encourage team to maintain culture of excellence and achieve top results
  • Perform other duties as assigned
