Assists in managing all aspects of the Guest Experience operation, inclusive of The Level (VIP Services), Activities, Meliá Connect (PBX) and Concierge. Ensures all guests are provided with superior levels of service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing revenue and occupancy. A minimum of five (5) years experience in a senior management position within guest experience as well a strong knowledge of luxury service standards and best practices required. Four year degree in Hospitality, Business or related field strongly preferred.
