Job Description

Responsible for managing key aspects of the Culinary department with emphasis on staffing, training and development, payroll, employee morale, reporting and action plans, budgets and health and safety. A minimum of five (5) years experience in a culinary leadership role with excellent organizational, administrative and communications skills with an ability to foster high employee morale required. Formal Culinary training and intermediate knowledge of commonly used computer systems also mandatory.
