CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Functions include

  • Daily processing of all orders received for delivery
  • Dissemination of any customer concerns, feedback and complaints
  • Prepare customer quotations and provide product information
  • Checking invoices daily to ensure that all orders are received
  • Complete daily follow-up on execution of delivery order requests
  • Maintaining an up-to-date customer database
  • Facilitate bookings for tours
  • Act as liaison between sales, warehouse and customers
  • Liaise with technicians and report all technical concerns
  • Assist with invoices and collection of outstanding funds

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 5 BGCSE’s or a diploma in Customer Service

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel & Word)
