Ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of high volume restaurants. Maintains high level of service and budgeted beverage and wine cost, control expenses, payroll and achieve budgeted revenue
Minimum of 4-year college education in hotel/resort beverage management preferable or equivalent vocational training
Minimum of 7 years front-of-house supervisory experience
Demonstrated knowledge of service and Food & Beverage operations in high volume environment
Proven knowledge of financial and operational management
Strong communication skills
Food Handler’s Certificate, First Aid and CPR
