Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing all new sales tools to increase CBL efficiencies, interacting with users and back office to swiftly correct any issues and running reports on data collect from tool.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution Management (SEM):

  • Train End Users
  • Point of contact for end users
  • Trouble shooting with back end teams
  • Communicate all solutions proactively
  • Update PICOS (Picture of Success) in Back End
  • Update all promotions in SEM
  • Ensuring sales folder is updated with Sell Sheets, Mandatory SKUs and Targets

Weekly Reports

  • Visit Completion
  • Sales Execution
  • Price Compliance
  • Distribution
  • Competitor Pricing
  • Competior Activation

Master Data

  • Ensure all SEM data updates from sales reps are given to Master Data Management (MDM) to be replicated
  • Ensure product data matches MDM
  • Audit at least 5 accounts per month to ensure SEM functionality


  • Bachelor’s Degree ideally with a commercial background or Finance
  • Previous experience in a similar position (1-2 years), experience in the Commercial, Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing preferred
