Full Time Food and Beverage Sales & Marketing Sales Representative

Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for execution of commercial strategy in all other customers within assigned territory, and championing of own sales territory. The Premium Account Executive will also be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit the assigned accounts according with the defined frequency for every customer & defined steps of the visit
  • Visit any other account that is candidate to manage our portfolio (Capture new customers)
  • Execute according to the defined PICOS (Picture of Success)
  • Conduct periodic training with staff
  • To negotiate better spaces (Exhibition/Branding) and develop our portfolio in those accounts
  • To inform about any competitor activity from any product considered as a competitor
  • To use in an effective way our assets in the market (Fridges, working capital, displays, POS, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate company brand programs and offer new products
  • To keep, maintain and grow the assigned customer base
  • To deliver Volume, Revenue, GP, A/R, Execution, assortment and other commercial targets according with the strategy defined by the company
  • To be aware of goals for each account being visited and what achievement is targeted for each visit
  • To manage and develop customers to deliver sales targets
  • To deliver the customer / key account plan
  • To feedback to marketing and trade marketing from customer perspectives where applicable
  • Perform any other reasonable and customary duties
  • To challenge and support cross functions to improve operation efficiency, effectiveness and territory relevance
  • To challenge and support marketing and trade marketing to formulate strategies, operation policies and locally programs relevant to own territory
  • To act as the voice of customers in own territory within the commercial organization
  • To be the territory champion during the selling and negotiation processes with key customers - Price contracts, incentives and account plans


  • Associate/College Degree in Business Management or related ideally with a commercial background
  • Previous experience in a similar position (2-3 years)
  • Experience in the commercial area of activity related to Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing is beneficial
  • Knowledge of beers and spirits
