Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Build winning channels (channel strategy), develop insights and adapt brand programs into channel programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer, shopper, and consumer insights per channel
  • Allocate brand and trade marketing resources based on channel and outlet productivity
  • Visit at least 5 accounts per week for market insights
  • Adapt brand (360) activation plans/programs to channel strategy
  • Advise all brand teams on channels that best fit their programs
  • Establish program KPIs
  • Develop Sell Sheets
  • Develop Picture of Success per channel by month
  • Ensure availability of brand program materials
  • Ensure all programs are in the master calendar and adhere to the promo rules
  • Train Trade Marketing Specialists on Picture on Success
  • Evaluate program success through results
  • Discuss branding and transformation of accounts into unique flagships for CBL Brands
  • Follow up on execution of flag ship accounts until completion and assess performance of account after completion


  • College or University Degree ideally with a commercial background.


  • Previous experience in Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing
  • Previous experience in project management and/or strategic planning is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in budget management
