Jr Logistics Coordinator - Logistics Department Freeport Ship Services is inviting qualified candidates to submit resumes for the  position of Jr Logistics Coordinator. Job Summary This position coordinates import and export of goods and works with the Logistics team to  ensure all shipments are processed efficiently and accurately. Responds to routine  requests and inquiries by phone, in person or by correspondence and ensures responses  to inquiries are timely and accurate or direct to appropriate contact. Essential Duties • Acknowledge and respond to both internal and external customers • Ensure documents (B/L, AWB and invoices) are consigned correctly • Update logs and logistics software with shipment details • Send out daily logs to clients • Produce billing requests for all shipments  Qualifications and Requirements • High school diploma • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Good Interpersonal skills with the...
