We believe that high-quality Project Management Institute (PMI) based Program Management, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) based IT service is necessary to ensure the timely deployment and optimal operations of all Government systems and IT resources. Our management team has been afforded the opportunity to work for both Fortune 500 companies (Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, Citi Group) and the US Military (Army, Air Force, Joint Staff, and Special Ops programs) abroad. We have also supported local organizations such as Coca-Cola Bahamas (Caribbean Bottling) and Atlantis, BTC, and the RBDF with IT and logistic services.

  • Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA) - We are in the final stages of implementation for the digitization of BAHFSA’s e-Inspection workflow. Our enterprise turnkey e-Inspection system will allow establishments across all islands of The Bahamas to be inspected, reviewed, and licensed by BAHFSA inspection officers. Establishment applications to be processed through our system include:

  • Bahamas The Ministry of Education Scholarship, Education and Loans Division (SELD) - We are in the final stages of implementing an enterprise turnkey Awards Information Management System that will support the application processing and fund tracking of all National Scholarships that students throughout The Bahamas receive. The Ministry offers 10 Scholarships Programs that are supported and managed by our software solution as individual low-code/no-code applications:

  • Bahamas The Office of the Prime Minister, Digital Transformation Unit – We currently provide IT equipment to the DTU to support their national IT Strengthen Competitiveness Programme Equipment. Equipment delivery for DTU’s Cyber Incident Response Team  (CIRT) contract ranges in quantity and type to include laptops, routers, servers, forensic labs, cables, switches and etc.  

  • Bahamas The Office of the Prime Minister, Digital Transformation Unit – We provide software and system integration services to the Project Management team of the DTU. Our enterprise Project Management (PM) software solution for the DTU allows DTU Project Management staff, managers, and authorized users from other Government Ministries and Departments to manage project tasks/deliverables, schedules and deadlines, resources, and workflows within one system.  

Our corporate vision is to empower local Bahamians by offering opportunities to gain valuable technical and operational skills while working on these cutting-edge projects. We encourage our Bahamian support staff to apply the experience and expertise learned on other critical initiatives to programs similar to the Ministry of Finance’s Request to ensure that Bahamian taxpayers receive the full value of Government systems. We also aim to incubate and groom Bahamian talent in Florida undergrad and grad programs. We have established strategic relationships with colleges and universities (University of Tampa (UT), University of Central Florida (UCF), University of South Florida (USF), Hillsborough Community College (HCC), etc) near our HQ in Tampa, Florida to facilitate internship programs. We believe our vision to engage Bahamians both within The Bahamas and attending college/university in Florida will fuel an ecosystem of certified, highly proficient technical integrators needed to implement and sustain the technology that the Bahamian government is investing in.
