Norman's Cay

Norman’s Cay today is virtually untouched by human hand – a quality all of us at Fort Hospitality are keen to preserve. We launch Norman’s following our celebrated collaboration at The Surf Club.  Surf Club at Norman’s is a series of villas at the northern sweep of the island, known as The Whale Tail, there is also a small group of dwellings along the coast near the Marina. Each is carefully positioned to allow for privacy and immersion in the virgin beauty of the wild.  They are the founding stone of our project along with the many amenities, marina and all of the infrastructure the goes into creating a “small city” in such a remote place.

Appreciation and preservation of the extraordinary natural setting is paramount in every decision that is made at Norman's Cay, and it’s a sensitivity that is felt across the island experience. Sustainability must be a priority at all times.  The clubhouse, restaurants, Cabanas, and all front of house operations require a relaxed precision and quiet sophistication as their modus operandi.
