Book Keeping and Accounts Manager
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Performs accounts receivable, payable and general accounting duties.
Maintains accounting records, processes transactions and reconciles accounts.
Performs regular and online banking transactions.
Provides administrative support by monitoring company phones, data entry, journal entry, and payroll.
Provides office management, i.e. filing and scanning documents.
Provides reports and queries, as requested.
Educational Requirements Accounting Certification in QuickBooks and/or Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
Required Experience At least 2 years of book keeping and accounting experience.
