Established and progressive institution seeking fulltime Financial Controller

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Review financial transactions for accuracy and generation of financial reports
  • Input transactions into the correct ledger
  • Reconcile and balance all accounts
  • Inventory control
  • Maintenance of internal control systems
  • Management of accounts payable and receivable
  • Completion of required NIB & VAT forms
  • Making deposits and recording all cash receipts and payments
  • Processing company payroll
  • Assistance with budgets and audits
  • Maintenance of complete filing system to support financial records

 Competencies/Qualifications:

. CPA or equivalent qualification or experience

 . Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification or experience

. Competency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

. Competency in Quickbooks or other accounting software
