Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator
Job Description:
The Scheduling Coordinator creates, updates, and maintains staff schedules. This role ensures that all shifts are adequately covered, leave requests are processed, and scheduling conflicts are resolved efficiently.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain staff schedules for all required departments.
Monitor and maintain daily staff requirements to ensure the necessary employees are present.
Process and approve/deny leave requests promptly.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure adequate shift coverage.
Investigate and resolve payroll queries.
Check and complete daily exceptions for all schedules.
Coordinate with department heads and managers to understand staffing needs.
Monitor and update the staff vacation board.
Maintain accurate records of staff availability, shift swaps, and other schedule changes.
