International Student Scholarships All  international undergraduate applicants  are eligible for the merit-based, International Leadership Scholarship.  Academic performance, extracurricular activities, and leadership experience are all considered when awarding this scholarship. It is renewable for up to 4 years. Recipients must maintain full-time enrollment and a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA at The University of Tulsa. International Leadership Scholarships can range from $2,000 to $22,000 USD per year! International students can participate in many of  TU’s Special Programs  and may also be eligible for these other scholarship opportunities. International Application Checklist TU is making every effort to be as flexible as possible with application requirements due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  International Admission has posted some  frequently asked questions  about our COVID-19 policies that may help you.
