Job Title: Analyst  Intermediary and Market Conduct Unit Key Responsibilities: Perform supervision in accordance with regulatory requirements Prepare internal reports, letters and correspondences Follow up and resolution of intervention actions resulting from supervisory work Ensures that accurate and up to date information is maintained for licences Review and recommends license renewals and new applications for licenses Contributes to continuing development of supervisory methodology, policies and practices Provides information to licenses and the wider public, and handles complaints and queries  Special Knowledge and skills: Through knowledge of insurance products Ability to review and analyze financial statements Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and multi task Excellent written and oral communication skills Education: Position requires a university degree in business administration or an insurance or other relevant designation. Experience: This position requires 3 to 5 years of working experience in the insurance industry or in financial services supervision.
