Job Title: Accounts Executive- Payables Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform data entry and complete processing of a high volume of payable invoices including reviewing and verifying accuracy of accompanying documentation Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions Reconcile Accounts Payable to the General Ledger on a monthly basis, prepare journal entries and assist in the month end closing process Answer questions and inquiries from departments, employers, vendors, and contractors concerning accounts and invoices File and maintain records of all transactions within the Accounts Payable section Skills and Attributes: Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; an Associate's degree will be considered along with level of work experience Minimum of five years working experience in accounting with at least three years in accounts payable function Ability to keep information confidential Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Eye for detail and accuracy is imperative Ability to meet deadlines Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient with MS Word and Excel Submission of resume and cover letter should be sent to positions@sunshineholdingsltd.com .
