Job Title: Customer Service Manager Colina Insurance Limited is looking for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager designs and deploys strategies that support the objectives, goals and policies of Colina and the Customer Service Department. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Customer Service Department and for monitoring the adherence to policies and procedures and providing training with respect to the same. Essential Duties:  Delivering a superior customer experience Overseeing, managing and organizing the administrative functions of the Customer Service Department at all physical and virtual locations Recruiting, supervising and training a dynamic team of Customer Service Representatives Developing, communicating and monitoring departmental policies and procedures that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collecting and analyzing department statistics so as to be aware of the department's performance relative to its service goals Directing resolution of customer complaints and queries that have escalated to require managerial attention Required Skills: Ability to positively influence others to achieve Company goals Ability to lead teams in a professional and effective manner Strong client-facing and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot, establish priorities and function under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products Qualifications & Experience: Proven work experience as a Customer Service supervisor/ manager Bachelor's Degree or equivalent FLMI or an equivalent Insurance Designation (Life Insurance) is an asset Knowledge of Life & Health Insurance products and services is an asset.
