Job Summary Applies and controls the implementation of rules, regulations and instructions on work safety and fire protection; the environmental legislation to improve the work conditions, environmental protection and decrease the risk of work accidents in accordance with the local legislation and company rules and procedures. Monitors the security operations and implement security policies, regulations, rules and norms and make sure that the environment is safe for employees, customers, visitors, contractual vendors etc. Key Responsibilities Ensures Commonwealth Brewery Limited is compliant with the Health & Safety Work Act of The Bahamas Monitors and applies changes in legislation, related to work safety and environmental protection. Participates in investigations for the reasons for work accidents, fires and emergencies, endangering the environment and prepares the relevant support documentation. Reports work accidents, fires and breakdowns, endangering the environment to the relevant national institutions. Coordinates the inspections of government control bodies and supervises the compliance with subsequent recommendations. Implement a Health & Safety Policy for the organization Provides the necessary data on periodical reports with reference to Heineken Environmental Rules and the regulations to relevant institutions and external companies. Keeps permits on waste disposal, harmful emissions and greenhouse gases and other documents, required by environmental legislation. Coordinates the control related to compliance with safety rules and regulations and use of protection devices in accordance with the instructions and the Law. Suggest improvement if necessary. Writes or reviews security related documents such as incident reports, proposals and tactical or strategic initiatives. Liaises with relevant internal stakeholders to order security related supplies and equipment as needed. Identifies, investigates or resolves security breaches (in collaboration with security companies and the Royal Bahamas Police Force). Analyzes and evaluates security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement. Creates / implements security standards, policies and procedures. Liaises with Information Technology Department for video surveillance monitoring, tracking and reporting. This does not include IT Security. Monitors the correct allocation of funds in accordance with the work safety and environmental protection budget. To assure all accidents, incidents and near misses are properly classified and analyzed and reported in the ARISO system Collects and processes work safety and environmental protection data, necessary for the monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the company. Regularly informs MT Members of current issues related to safety and environmental protection and proposes solutions. Monitor the ARISO system to ensure timely reporting of Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents as they occur and in keeping with ARISO reporting deadlines Ensure Initiators and Investigators are inputting accurate information into the system and are also completing required data in accordance with their assigned roles. Ensure Health & Safety posters and information are viable on all bulletin boards and communicated throughout the entire organization. Ensure company-wide awareness of and training on Safety programs and system (ARISO) Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Safety, Security, Project Management or related fields Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leadership capacity Competencies Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives Strong organizational skills and professional business practices Demonstrated ability to work independently Strong leadership skills Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary Execute safely and within prescribed guidelines and deadlines all company planned and/or assigned functions. Key Responsibilities Ensure all BAT products and promotional materials are set-up according to the event plans and prescribed standards. Set up and break down tents and merchandise for all BAT-related events. Pick up and drop off all boat orders for the Family Islands. Clean all tents and related POS items before and after all functions. Transport POS items from main warehouse to POS warehouse. Maintain inventory check list for customer and sign-off on list to confirm items delivered and collected. Maintain an inventory log of POS items that were delivered and collected and ensure that the account owner or representatives signs. Travel to Family Islands to set up and merchandise events and functions Participate in events and promotions organized by the company, assisting managers and supervisors if they are present. Regularly communicate all information collected during events to the Manager. Make recommendations to improve work flow and other processes as necessary. Job Summary While promoting Safety Awareness, plan and organize the receipt, storage and issuing of company products to guarantee an uninterrupted flow of sales with responsibility for checking all deliveries and receivables.
