Job Summary Keeping safety first, operate production and packaging machinery and all other tasks to fill beer and/or rum in bottles/cans, and packaging in accordance to the requirements. Maintain equipment and working environment at optimal standards. Key Responsibilities Operates packaging equipment at a level that ensures maximum performance of machines (adjusting, correcting, registering, changing over and checking quality) Assists with overhauls and non-routine maintenance Ensures stable packaging process without deviations Completes daily log sheets to ensure all losses are recognized  Ensures machines are running at the desired speed and performance Observes independently the visual product quality (coding, packaging material, etc.) and acts upon any deviation from standard Performs in-house quality checks on machine being operated at the required frequencies Actively participate in TPM teams and activities to improve equipment performance and or safety Carries out first-line maintenance on packaging equipment (Cleaning, inspection, lubrication and preventative maintenance- CILT) Complies, analyses and reports on assigned area responsibilities (machine boards) Ensures compliance with the regulatory, HEINEKEN and local safety regulations within his/her department Works in line with the defined and implemented safety and food safety standards (5S, Housekeeping and HACCP related standards) Maintains safe, clean and tidy working area with no risks related to the product Monitors and ensures compliance of safety operating procedures in accordance with all regulations and guidelines for product safety Reports and processes all problems related to safety in a timely manner Acts as a role model for safe behavior, leading by example Qualifications High School diploma Competencies Packaging / Maintenance/ Mechanical and/or Electrical background preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent presentation and listening skills

Job Summary: Operate/maintain, monitor and record all maintenance activities carried out throughout the Utility Department to archive maximum output. Key Responsibilities: Operates the Brewery's utility department as per standard procedural instructions. Monitors the operation of all machines and equipments, e.g. Boilers, Cooling units, C02 Plant, Air compressors and responds to an alarm alert. Check and monitors the operation of the Wastewater and Water Treatment Plant Includes maintaining of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure the reliable performance of all equipment in the Utilities area, ensuring reliable Energy and Water at all times Work in a team-based environment, (TPM) required to ensure smooth running of Utilities Department and participate actively in enhancing performance of the Engineering team. Assists with overhauls of all Utilities equipment as planned via planned maintenance system. Updates Historical records on the computerize maintenance management system (CMMS) for the brewery equipment Fabricates and uses shop equipment when necessary. Assists with installations of new equipment when necessary in the Utilities area. Able to perform basic welding at the arc, gas and tig level. To inspect and lubricate all the Utility Equipment based on Maintenance procedure in the CMMS system. To participate in TPM activities Generates tags for safety, near miss, improvement, energy and machine anomalies.  Record maintenance daily activities on maintenance activities list. Records all required utility readings on specific meters and gauges, daily, weekly and monthly as required by utilities standards. Carries out a once per day water and BLR water analysis. Initiate, execute & participate in water & energy reduction initiatives Drive the air leaks reduction across the Brewery Reports all accidents, incidents, near misses and potential hazards. Ensures compliance with the regulatory, HEINEKEN and local safety regulations within his/her department. Qualifications : AA Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical certificate Certificate production organization, Resource Planning, Maintenance Management preferred Competencies/Skills : Must be able to understand and work with Mechanical systems PM, Safety and AM principles according to TPM Strong written and verbal communication skills General awareness about ISO 9002 procedures and HACCP guidelines

Job Summary: Maintain the plant's electrical and mechanical equipment in such a way that the essential services are provided and are available at all times thus maintaining the required standard of production. Key Responsibilities: Performs maintenance both electrical and mechanical on boilers, motors, centrifugal pumps, compressors, bottle filler, mash tun, lauter tun, ammonia plant, co2 plant, generators, gearboxes, various machines within the Brewery, Todd Hunter Mitchell and Bahamas Recycling Center and other plant equipment Performs maintenance on all equipment. Assists with overhauls all equipment as planned via planned maintenance. Fabricates and uses shop equipment when necessary. Assists with installations of new equipment when necessary. Maintains housekeeping. Able to perform basic welding at the arc, gas and tig level. Able to perform electrical trouble shooting work, read and update drawings. Assists or fulfils other related tasks within department if required in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency. To participate in TPM activities. Generates tags for safety, near miss, improvement, energy and machine anomalies. Reports all accidents, incidents, near misses and potential hazards. Apply Safety regulations in performing tasks  Consistently uses all mandatory personal and collective protective equipment. Ensures compliance with the regulatory, HEINEKEN and local safety regulations within his/her department. Acts as a role model for safety behavior, leads by example. Executes maintenance work properly using risk assessment, strictly follows local LOTO procedures. Qualifications: Preferably a Bachelor's degree, Engineering or related study Business Management, Production Management and Maintenance Management 5 years' functional and leadership related experience Competencies/Skills: Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of industrial plant operations Demonstrate ability to exercise good judgment, multitask, strong organizational skills and professional business practices.
