Job Overview To work in tandem with other cooks to prepare/cook food items according to the Member's orders. Responsibilities and Duties . Efficiently cook and prepare orders in accordance to the guidelines set by the Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef/Sous Chef Ensure that all food items are handled accordingly to the regulations and in an economical way. Ensure that proper food handling regulations are adhered to and that proper time management is being utilized. Ensure that all storage areas are always cleaned and organized and report any maintenance issues to both the Executive Chef and the engineering department as soon as possible. Maintain consistently high standards of food, taste, and presentation as laid down by the Executive Chef. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years in a high volume kitchen.
