Our dynamic organization is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill the role of a Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer service policies in order to facilitate an exceptional service experience for our members as well as lead a team of representatives to do the same. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Educating members and staff on the services offered by the organization Overseeing and ensuring the continuous of flow of member traffic in areas assigned (e.g. in store or call center) Addressing and bringing to resolution all member inquiries and concerns regarding the service which cannot be resolved at the junior staff level Overseeing the distribution of packages to members Acting as a liaison between members and other key departments within the organization. Trains and develops staff KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Minimum of 5 years experience in a Management role in the area of customer service and must be able to coordinate a group of 15 or more individuals Professional demeanor and a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service including complaints resolution Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with members and staff Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and demanding work environment Ability to make clear decisions and resolve issues Time management and organizational skills necessary Must be able to work flexible hours inclusive of Saturdays Experience with online purchasing preferred but not required Candidates that meet the above criteria are asked to upload a copy of their detailed resume when applying or e-mail your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org .
