Job Summary
As a Loyalty and Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs that increase customer loyalty and retention. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customers are receiving the best possible experience.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Program evaluation in order to identify promotions and initiatives that improve member engagement (e.g., new member acquisition and activation goals, increased frequency, etc.)
Manages all day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth of assigned programs
