Job Summary:
This position is under the direct supervision of the Operations Director and is responsible for providing and maintaining support services as outlined below. The incumbent’s main role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operations utilizing supervisory, organizational and computer literacy skills to achieve this.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform the functions of a Customer Service Agent to include problem resolution, customer complaints, correspondence, and report writing.
Provide high-level business support to Global Tech sister company’s and/or company’s acquired by GTS (Convenience at Island Seas and others)
Build and maintain positive strategic relationships and act as a liaison with external stakeholders
Prepare, process, review and monitor various documents such as quotations, contracts and other documents supported by analysis.
