Key Responsibilities: The repair of and maintenance of Propane and Diesel Generators. Generator Inspections. Generator start up and commissioning. Customer site visits.  Basic Requirements: Must have three years’ experience installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing generators, automatic transfer switches and engines. A friendly and energetic personality with customer focus. Proficiency in spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills. Must be able to travel off island for work. Valid driver license and ability to operate standard shift vehicles.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Heavy Machinery Operator is responsible for the safe operation of different types of vehicles and machinery which include but are not limited to bulldozers, forklifts, backhoes, dump trucks, cargo trucks, trams, beach rakes, and hydraulic truck cranes.  This position is required to conduct duties in a safe and diligent manner. Steady hands, feet, and eyesight are vital in this role. This role is committed to a safety-first culture to ensure optimum safety for Guests, Visitors, and Team Members. Safety of pedestrians is paramount at all times when moving any vehicle to the destination.
