An established local coffee company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant .
Responsiblities:
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for each coffeehouse location.
Prepare New Employee Paperwork documents as necessary.
Management of Employee Personnel Files.
Update and maintain office filing policies and procedures.
Management of office supply inventory.
Assist with reconciliation and expense tracking as needed.
Accounts payable and receivable as needed.
Data entry, invoice processing and filing.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, as needed.
Any other duties as assigned to assist and manage overall operations of the coffeehouse and other business.
Qualifications :
High level of confidentiality of all business information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
