Job Requirements: High School Diploma 1 year + of experience in Stewarding preferred Hospitality/Tourism experience preferred Physical Requirements Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting 40lbs , endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down and remain stationary at times throughout work periods. Description of Responsibilities Grand Hyatt Baha Mar's Steward will work together with the Team Leader - Stewarding to maintain all aspects of the entire kitchen cleaning and stewarding functions including heart of house operations, inventories and sanitation. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
