The Auto Body Technician's duties include cost estimations and preparing vehicles to be painted by sanding and refinishing them as well as light welding responsibilities to ensure all body parts are removed and replaced with the welding equipment provided. Repairing, replacing, and upgrading a variety of vehicle parts and performing diagnostic tests to ensure that all issues have been detected and resolved before returning the vehicle into the fleet are also responsibilities of the ABT.  Requirements: Must be able to: Lift 25lbs or more. Perform vehicle inspection, diagnosis, & repair. Operate power and air tools. Remove and replace upholstery, vehicle accessories, electrical windows, and seat operating equipment.   Familiarity with Auto Mechanics. Ability to operate heavy machinery. Ability to inspect vehicles and prepare estimates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills High School Diploma.
