J OB DESCRIPTION Function name: Claims Lead Department: Claims Department Reports to: General Manager Job purpose: To ensure the effective and efficient management of the Claims processes, whilst ensuring that the Company's Claims philosophy, guidelines, and objectives are realized. The Claims Lead must oversee and manage the claims process. They are responsible for ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and promptly while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the parameters as established in the Claims Manual.
