REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum High school diploma or equivalent vocational training Ability to write routine reports, keep logs, and correspondence with others Minimum 1-year formal training in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical or other Utilities systems; two years formal work experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, safety awareness information, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and SOP's. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and fellow workers.

The Cup and Core Technical Specialist must demonstrate knowledge of all facets of energy facility operations and maintenance. Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs, write routine reports, solve practical problems, make competent decisions in emergency situations, clearly communicate tasks and needs, and training of other personnel. Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to do reaching, climbing lifting (up to 75 pounds), walking and stooping. Required Skills/Experience A minimum of ten year's relevant experience five years in a skilled trade is required.
